About the role

Responsible for process management in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement in the production department, while supervising employees in the daily routine of producing quality corrugated products in a safe and efficient manner. Champions EHS initiatives and programs; is committed to a safe work environment and ensures that all IP safety and health reliable methods and federal and state OSHA requirements are in place and followed. Manages employees in the daily production of corrugated products, to include training, planning, assigning, and directing work; evaluating employee performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; promoting teamwork; resolving conflicts.
