Conversion Onsite Service Engineer - AZ

Your mission as the Onsite Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. Your work supports the operational success and technological advancement of industries relying on these technologies.

You will report into the Site Manager.

Responsibilities

• Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems.
• Diagnose issues to prevent equipment downtime.
• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
• Serve as the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (AS degree preferred; full military equivalent may substitute).
• 1-3 years of equivalent experience in a relevant technical field such as electronic, mechanical, chemical, gas, refrigeration, or basic vacuum.
• Ideally, customer-facing experience.

• Fluency in written and spoken English; ability to speak distinctly and see/hear clearly.
• Able to use computer software to record data and write reports.
• Can understand and interpret technical documentation relevant to work (e.g., technical drawings).
