The core focus of this role is the Converge for Life Sciences portfolio, Deloitte's AI‑enabled platform for the modern life sciences enterprise. The Market Access AI platform reimagines how life sciences companies manage payer contracting, formulary compliance, and gross‑to‑net performance by replacing fragmented manual processes with intelligent, scalable workflows. As a Product Manager for Market Access AI, you will shape the strategic direction of a next‑generation market access platform that transforms how pharmaceutical and biotech commercial organizations operate, collaborating with market access practice leaders to drive measurable impact in a complex payer landscape.

Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the multi-horizon product roadmap for the Market Access AI platform, balancing near-term user needs with long-term market differentiation.
- Define and prioritize strategic bets across market access capabilities - spanning payer contract lifecycle management, agentic formulary validation, rebate compliance, GTN forecasting, copay program oversight, and script-level profitability analytics.
