• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of professional experience in software development
• Proven experience in leading and managing an engineering team
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with FastAPI
• Solid experience with React for front-end development
• Expertise in high-level design, implementation, and performance optimization
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized solutions
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Able to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience with database technologies (SQL)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
