Convenience Store Manager

About the role

The Manager position at FastBreak Convenience Stores supervises an assigned store/station and works directly with staff in all aspects of store operations. The Manager reports to their assigned Area Manager.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and develop customer service representatives.
• Ensure the store meets operational standards and financial goals.
• Respond to incidents and staffing issues at the store all hours.
• Manage daily banking and secure transportation to and from the bank.
• Operate all aspects of the store operations, properly account for all receipts, and supervise employee performance.
• Maintain the store's operational standards for all hours of operation.

Qualifications

• Valid driver license for the driver and insurance on any vehicle transporting company assets.
• Ability to operate all aspects of the store operations.
• Properly account for all receipts.
• Supervise employee performance.
