Convenience Sales Representative- Louisville, KY
Key Responsibilities
- Drive in-store selling activities.
- Manage territory and record weekly activity in Salesforce.
- Assess store route lists and provide feedback to supervisor.
- Monitor and track store and account level KPIs.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and key customers.
- Anticipate needs and overcome objections to provide customer service and business solutions.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Show strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have a results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Be able to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Be proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
Pay, Benefits & Schedule
- Base Salary: $45,000 (exact salary depends on various factors).

About the Role
The Convenience Sales Rep will be responsible for an estimated 300 store territory to ensure flawless execution of the business KPIs. The role focuses on expanding distribution, executing shelving principles, activating promotions and secondary displays, and delivering against revenue growth management principles.
