About the role
This position supports distribution services in the US, focusing on optimizing workflow, monitoring system performance, and resolving technical issues to ensure efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate task sequencing and resource allocation to meet service targets.
- Monitor installation performance and system outputs to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
- Evaluate technical discrepancies and documentation gaps to improve controls and prevent recurrence.
- Ensure adherence to installation procedures and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and escalate when necessary.
- Train team members on installation practices and technical standards to enhance execution quality.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; associate’s degree in relevant fields preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in facilities or equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, or related areas.
- Certifications in maintenance or technical operations are advantageous.
