Controls Risk Management Consultant | Hybrid
About the role
Maintain and help build the COO risk management framework within Enterprise Producer Service (e.g., policies, procedures, standards, and tools).
Provide daily consultation on risk management and controls practices and control effectiveness.
Collaborate with Enterprise Producer Services management and personnel on execution of risk and control activities.
Provide ongoing analysis to support the risk management framework.
Conduct reviews and discussions with business leaders regarding findings, trends, and areas for improvement.
Participate in developing and delivering risk and controls related training; provide mentoring to department management and other personnel.
Utilize artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI).
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 2 or more years experience required: Operations, Insurance/Financial services experience or relevant technical experience;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Knowledge of basic project management practices and risk management methodology;
- Four-year degree required or equivalent work experience.
Qualifications
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
Skills
- Experience in operations, insurance/financial services, or relevant technical fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of basic project management practices and risk management methodology.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in using artificial intelligence tools and resources.
