About the role
Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality engineering solutions for a diverse range of projects. Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring compliance with local regulations and client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning and execution, including resource allocation and risk management.
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope and objectives, and ensure successful delivery.
- Manage project teams, set goals, and provide regular performance feedback.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular progress reviews and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and client expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale engineering projects.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Experience in international project management.
- Knowledge of local and international building codes and standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
