About the role

Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality engineering solutions for a diverse range of projects. Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring compliance with local regulations and client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project planning and execution, including resource allocation and risk management.
  • Collaborate with clients to define project scope and objectives, and ensure successful delivery.
  • Manage project teams, set goals, and provide regular performance feedback.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and client expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale engineering projects.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Qualifications

    • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
    • Experience in international project management.
    • Knowledge of local and international building codes and standards.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

    Pay

    $80,000 - $100,000 annually based on experience.

    Schedule

    Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
