About the role
Risk Advisory – Controls Integration Consulting Manager
Location
Clearsulting is headquartered in Cleveland, OH, with additional offices in Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; and Dallas, TX. Office options include Hybrid or Remote. Team members residing within a 45-minute commuting radius of a Clearsulting office are expected to work in-person 8 days per month, offering flexibility for client meetings, team syncs, and individual schedules.
What You'll Do
- Lead controls integration engagements to help clients leverage technology for compliance risks and regulatory needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to address complex compliance challenges.
- Oversee client engagements to ensure high-quality outcomes within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, preparing proposals and supporting pursuits to secure engagements.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Provide insights and guidance on industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory developments.
- Optimize internal processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance service delivery and team productivity.
- Leverage AI technologies to improve clients’ control environments.
- Develop executive-level presentations to communicate complex issues and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business-related field of study.
- 6+ years of controls integration, audit, and compliance experience.
- Experience supporting the development and deployment of internal controls during ERP (SAP, Oracle, D365) and third-party finance application implementations.
- Technical/configuration knowledge, especially for core financial business processes within major ERP systems.
- 1+ years of people management experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of AI technologies and ability to incorporate AI into daily work and client execution.
- Strong project management skills, including workplan creation, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, and client communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex business concepts to executive audiences.
- Strong leadership skills and executive presence.
What You'll Bring
- Willingness to take on challenging projects with new or ambiguous subject matter.
- Experience with significant deployments of major ERP systems and controls integration.
- Experience with GRC platforms supporting segregation of duties, sensitive access, and user provisioning/deprovisioning for ERP systems.
- Foundational understanding of role security and authorization concepts used by ERP systems.

Pay
The compensation range for this position is $120,000 - $156,000 USD. Final salary placement will be based on expertise, relevant work experience, technology certifications, educational background, geography, and alignment with industry standards.
Schedule
This role is eligible for our bonus program.
