Responsibilities
- Support the design, programming, troubleshooting, and optimization of automated manufacturing equipment.
- Work closely with production and maintenance teams to support PLCs, HMIs, robotics, drives, and plant automation systems.
- Help drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of controls, automation, PLC programming, or industrial electrical experience.
- Experience with Siemens PLCs (TIA Portal, Step 7, Simotion Scout) and/or Allen Bradley PLCs (Studio 5000, RSLogix).
- Experience with HMI development, troubleshooting, and industrial automation systems.
- Experience supporting equipment startup, commissioning, debugging, and production issues.
- Experience with robotics, servo systems, VFDs, and industrial networking is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred but can be waived for candidates with relevant hands-on experience.
- Experience in automotive, stamping, manufacturing, or industrial automation environments.
- Experience supporting high-volume production equipment and plant operation.
