Responsibilities
- Support design and implementation of integrated electrical and control systems
- Work cooperatively with engineering, design, production, and field service staff
- Support and configure various hardware components such as, instrumentation, PLCs, communication systems and industrial control panels
- Perform functional testing of electrical and control systems
- Generate test procedures and forms
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in the control system industry
- Understanding of controls systems
- Ability to develop and support PLC and HMI programs within one or more languages (AB, Siemens, etc.)
- Field Experience with conveyance systems, sortation logic, material handling, product tracking, merging, etc.
- Willingness to travel 50%
