Controls Engineer

About the role

Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining control systems in manufacturing environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement control systems using PLCs and HMI software
• Perform system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to integrate control systems into existing processes
• Document system designs and procedures for future reference and training purposes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in control systems engineering
• Proficiency in programming languages such as ladder logic and scripting languages like Python
• Experience with automation tools and software such as Allen Bradley, Siemens, and Rockwell Automation
