Responsibilities

• Support and drive plant automation initiatives across PCB assembly, LED assembly, and Wire department operations
• Lead plant and facility capital projects from concept through commissioning and full operational integration
• Install, commission, troubleshoot, design, and program comprehensive plant automation systems including PLCs (Allen Bradley), Robotics (Fanuc, ABB), VFDs, HMIs, and servo drives
• Create and modify schematic drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks to support engineering and production needs

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with hands-on PLC, HMI, and plant automation programming
• BS Degree in Engineering required; equivalent work experience demonstrating the ability to perform the role will be considered in lieu of a degree
• Experience with robotics integration and schematic design is highly preferred
