About the role

Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing power distribution systems in industrial settings. This includes troubleshooting electrical issues, performing maintenance tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair power distribution systems
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on electrical equipment
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical problems
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid New York State Electrician’s License
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in industrial electrical work
  • Experience with OSHA standards and safety practices

Qualifications

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of electrical theory and wiring methods

Skills

  • Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
  • Familiarity with electrical testing equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

Pay
