Essential Responsibilities
- Aid in researching bids, projects, and executable work.
- Gather, organize, interpret, and collate data from bid information systems.
- Collaborate with the Safety Manager to ensure project cost projections align with all safety standards.
- Work with Sales and Service Managers to identify strategic opportunities, understand construction site rules, and incorporate them into cost projections.
- Review and approve Controls System Integration project cost projections.
- Evaluate and present bids and proposals professionally, accurately, and effectively.
- Analyze project requirements and convert them into specifications and/or system requirements.
- Support Outside Sales, Inside Sales, and Customers by addressing questions about controls equipment, installation, operation, maintenance, and problem resolution.
- Quantify and coordinate committed work hours.

- Offer support to Outside Sales and customers by answering questions about equipment, installation, operation, maintenance, and problem-solving.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Administrative processes, policies, and procedures related to Outside Sales, Controls Systems Integration Engineers (Execution), Operations departments, and material flow.
- Electrical equipment, SCADA and telemetry, and electrical schematics.
- The Cogent Brand product line card.
- Estimating, scheduling, and coordinating.
- Understanding of Salesforce and workflow processes.
