Controls and Integration Project Manager

Essential Responsibilities

• Aid in researching bids, projects, and executable work.
• Gather, organize, interpret, and collate data from bid information systems.
• Collaborate with the Safety Manager to ensure project cost projections align with all safety standards.
• Work with Sales and Service Managers to identify strategic opportunities, understand construction site rules, and incorporate them into cost projections.
• Review and approve Controls System Integration project cost projections.
• Evaluate and present bids and proposals professionally, accurately, and effectively.
• Analyze project requirements and convert them into specifications and/or system requirements.
• Support Outside Sales, Inside Sales, and Customers by addressing questions about controls equipment, installation, operation, maintenance, and problem resolution.
• Quantify and coordinate committed work hours.

• Other Responsibilities

  • Offer support to Outside Sales and customers by answering questions about equipment, installation, operation, maintenance, and problem-solving.

  • Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

    • Administrative processes, policies, and procedures related to Outside Sales, Controls Systems Integration Engineers (Execution), Operations departments, and material flow.
    • Electrical equipment, SCADA and telemetry, and electrical schematics.
    • The Cogent Brand product line card.
    • Estimating, scheduling, and coordinating.
    • Understanding of Salesforce and workflow processes.
