Controller – Venice Family Clinic

Job Duties

• Oversight of Venice Family Clinic’s financial operations
• Ensures timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting aligned to GAAP and Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200)
• Ensures compliance with Federal grant requirements, Medicaid and Medicare billing and reconciliation, and other restricted funds
• Supports the CFO in annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
• Partners and collaborates closely with executive leadership, clinical operations, and direct financial directors to support sustainable growth and mission delivery

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable and effective leader
• Experience overseeing general accounting operations
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Experience with financial reporting and compliance
• Ability to manage a team and lead financial processes
• Knowledge of GAAP and Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200)
• Experience with treasury functions, including banking relationships, liquidity management, and cash flow forecasting
• Experience with Federal grant requirements, Medicaid and Medicare billing and reconciliation, and other restricted funds

This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.

The full salary range for this position is $95,400 – $208,300 annual.
