Controller / Senior accountant

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Controller / Senior Accountant to manage the U.S. entity’s accounting operations and monthly close process. The role includes reporting to the parent company in Israel and supporting quarterly financial statements.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the monthly close and reporting to the parent company
- Support quarterly financial statements and audit requirements
- Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and collections
- Oversee invoicing and ensure compliance with U.S. sales tax
- Maintain vendor and customer records, including W-9 documentation
- Administer expense management (Experience with SAP Concur-advantage)
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal controls
- Work cross-functionally and with global finance teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA – an advantage)
- 5+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and sales tax
- Experience with ERP systems (Priority – an advantage)
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Pay
Base salary range: $100,000–$120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
