Controller - Fast Growing Company!

About the role

My client, a rapidly growing, Global Health Tech company, is hiring a Controller to oversee the US Accounting function. The Controller will report to the CFO and oversee all of the Accounting for their US operations, including review work, getting in the weeds when needed, mentorship, training, development, policies, procedures, and more. This company is doing really well and has been experiencing rapid growth, and they don't see this growth ending any time soon. They are going to grow revenue by 50% in 2026 with increased headcount. They offer a laid-back working environment, strong benefits, possible IPO in the future, and more. This position is in Boston, so you need to be fine working in Boston for most of the week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all of the Accounting for US operations
• Perform review work and get in the weeds when needed
• Provide mentorship, training, and development
• Manage policies and procedures

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 8–12 years of progressive Accounting experience
• Strong leadership experience
• Good with policies and procedures and having the ability to make change
• Must be fine working in Boston for most of the week

Pay

Compensation for this position is $200–250K + Bonus + Equity.
