We are hiring a permanent Controller. Employment: Direct Hire. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am -5pm. Location: 100% on-site (San Diego, CA).

Responsibilities
- Auditing
- Cost accounting
- General ledger management
- Daily reconciliations
- Journal entries
- Book balancing or Balance Sheets
- WIP Schedules (Work in Progress)
- GAAP reporting
- Inventory
- AP/AR
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance or a related field
- ERP (Quickbooks)
- Advanced Excel
Preferred skills
- Consolidation
- Intercompany
- Multiple general ledger
- Work in progress
- Budgeting and forecasting (typically done on the operations side)
