Direct influence on company financial strategy and performance Stable organization with strong market reputation Leadership role with executive visibility Diverse project portfolio and business operations Competitive salary, bonus potential, and benefits package Job Details Summary of Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations and financial reporting Manage month-end and year-end close processes Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls Supervise accounting and finance personnel Partner with operations leaders to support project financial performance Manage banking relationships, audits, and financial reporting requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA preferred 7+ years of accounting experience with leadership responsibilities Construction industry accounting experience strongly preferred Knowledge of job cost accounting, WIP reporting, and financial forecasting Strong leadership and communication skills Interested in hearing more?
