Responsibilities
- Prepare and evaluate financial reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that affect business performance.
- Analyze budget-to-actual results and explain key variances to support timely decision-making.
- Develop forecasts and financial projections that help leadership plan resources and manage operational goals.
- Review project and job cost data to improve cost control and strengthen profitability across construction activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and reporting processes within QuickBooks Online.
- Partner with engineering and operations leadership to provide financial insight on ongoing work and business priorities.
- Support month-end and periodic reporting activities by ensuring data is complete, organized, and reliable.
- Contribute recommendations that improve financial visibility, reporting accuracy, and overall business performance.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in financial analysis and business performance reporting.
- Strong background in variance analysis, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Knowledge of job costing principles, preferably within construction or project-based environments.
- Hands-on experience using QuickBooks Online for financial management and reporting.
- Ability to interpret financial data clearly and communicate findings to operational leaders.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in managing numbers and reports.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually.
