Responsibilities
- Oversight of full cycle accounting, ensuring timely and accurate month-end close
- AP, AR, Payroll, GL management and training
- Cash flow management, meeting organizational needs
- Purchasing and payroll activities coordination
- Collaboration with CEO on contract and pricing standards
- Financial reporting including balance sheet, operating costs
- Accounting and documentation systems maintenance - QuickBooks
- Financial audit and finance committee leadership
- Banking information monitoring
- Inventory and fixed asset accounting
- Vendor pricing and contracts management
- HR Management: Insurance and health care coverage plans, compensation analysis, payroll oversight, recruiting oversight, employee relations
Requirements
- Prior experience leading Accounting + HR functions within 1 organization
- QuickBooks Enterprise and Online degree (Bachelor's preferred)
- ERP integrations / implementations experience (preferred)
