Control Systems Lead
About the role
Cushman & Wakefield offers the Control Systems Lead role to an experienced professional who will oversee the maintenance and operation of building control systems. This individual will ensure the efficient and effective functioning of HVAC, lighting, security, and other critical systems.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of building control systems
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with facility management teams to optimize system performance
- Train and mentor junior staff members
- Develop and implement strategies to improve energy efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building control systems
- Proficiency in HVAC, electrical, and automation systems
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Qualifications
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
- Experience with building automation systems (BAS)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay
