Primary Purpose
The Control Room Operator will work in the Integrated Operations Center (IOC) environment to monitor field operations for both Midstream and E&P and work as a team.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain electronic information and provide feedback and recommendations for diagnostics as well as predictive data.
- Compile nightly reports of total field operations.
- Coordinate operations activities and emergency responses as needed.
- Keep nightly activity logs, operational information, and status reports, including safety/environmental incident reporting.
- Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
- Respond appropriately to most routine problems independently.
- Dispatch appropriate resources for problem resolution based on knowledge of surveillance applications.
- Evaluate daily production estimates to identify potential issues related to equipment problems, leaks or spills, theft, or changing well conditions.

- Utilize knowledge of local EHS policies as they relate to specific operations.
Required Knowledge, Experience, Skills And Competencies
- 5 or more years of experience.
- Thorough operating knowledge to complete job duties.
- Works under limited supervision.
- Participates as a team member and builds on comments of others.
- Prioritizes routine and non-routine tasks assigned by others.
Education
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
