Control Group Associate

Responsibilities

• Resolve, investigate, and analyze simple to complex account inquiries and escalations.
• Complete processing and quality control responsibilities within deadlines.
• Quality Control with emphasis to detail.
• Maintain high quality metrics for assigned responsibilities.
• Affiliate with teammates with various inquiries across client/role assignments.
• Flexibility in making daily adjustments to address business needs.
• Provide outstanding client service to internal and external clients.
• Effectively use technology and self-service to resolve internal and external inquiries.
• Maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality both internal and external to the organization.
• Comply with BSA/AML/OFAC-related laws and regulations as it applies within the scope of this position, including but not limited to, prompt completion of required BSA/AML/OFAC training.

Requirements

• Bank/Trust operations experience, preferred.
• Financial services background preferred.
• Industry knowledge of stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and unique assets, preferred.
• Motivated self-starter capable of working in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
