Responsibilities
- Resolve, investigate, and analyze simple to complex account inquiries and escalations.
- Complete processing and quality control responsibilities within deadlines.
- Quality Control with emphasis to detail.
- Maintain high quality metrics for assigned responsibilities.
- Affiliate with teammates with various inquiries across client/role assignments.
- Flexibility in making daily adjustments to address business needs.
- Provide outstanding client service to internal and external clients.
- Effectively use technology and self-service to resolve internal and external inquiries.
- Maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality both internal and external to the organization.
- Comply with BSA/AML/OFAC-related laws and regulations as it applies within the scope of this position, including but not limited to, prompt completion of required BSA/AML/OFAC training.
Requirements
- Bank/Trust operations experience, preferred.
- Financial services background preferred.
- Industry knowledge of stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and unique assets, preferred.
- Motivated self-starter capable of working in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
