CONTRATACIÓN URGENTE: RNs Bilingües (Español/Inglés) – Condado de Broward

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective nursing and personal care according to the Treatment Plan.
• Administer medications and perform specialized nursing tasks within the scope of professional practice.
• Assist with transfers, positioning, catheter care, and mobility needs.
• Communicate promptly about changes in medical condition or emergencies.
• Coordinate care with the Nurse Manager/Clinical Director.
• Accompany clients to and from appointments or activities as requested.
• Conduct occasional client assessments and supervision visits.
• Show empathy, professionalism, attention to detail, and clinical judgment.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Level 2 Authorization from the AHCA Clearinghouse.
• Negative TB test / Blood test Quantiferon Negative.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Ability to use an Electronic Health Record (EHR) for documentation and care coordination.

Qualifications

Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.

Skills

Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in EHR systems are essential.
