Job duration: September 1, 2026 – August 31, 2027

About the role

We are looking for business-driven, experienced contracts professionals who love KPIs, are strong collaborators, can manage vendor contracts, draft redlines, and bring relentless attention to detail. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver—fearless, approachable, and adaptable—who enjoys contracts, seeks out metrics to maximize value, exercises judgment, and operates independently. You will support the end-to-end process from planning to signature through post-signature contract reviews and vendor performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of procurement agreements (technology, security, data privacy) ensuring terms align with company policies and risk tolerance.
  • Identify and mitigate contractual, legal, and commercial risks through detailed review and collaboration with Legal, Privacy, and Security teams.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve contract-related disputes efficiently and maintain positive business relationships.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulatory requirements throughout the contracting process.
  • Work closely with Legal, Finance, Security, and business stakeholders to align contract strategies with organizational goals and operational needs.
  • Manage agreements from intake through execution, leveraging contract management tools and systems to drive efficiency and visibility across the lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience managing commercial contracts within Procurement, Sourcing, or a Commercial Legal environment.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, cybersecurity, internet infrastructure, OEM suppliers, and marketing technology solutions is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements with precision and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of commercial contract law, data security, and privacy regulations.
  • Ability to assess risk, identify creative solutions, and provide sound business recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
