The Contingent Workforce Management

The Contingent Workforce Management manages subcontractor agreements and SOW requests end to end, serving as the primary point of contact across Deloitte businesses. The role coordinates intake, tracking, onboarding, compliance, and reporting through ServiceNow, Fieldglass, and TPRM while partnering with Procurement, OGC, Risk, and Finance to support efficient and compliant subcontractor management.

Work You’ll Do

  • Support subcontractor agreement and SOW requests and inquiries, including determining agreement type, negotiating terms, executing agreements, creating SOWs, onboarding subcontractors, and handling maintenance and offboarding of contractors using ServiceNow and Fieldglass.
  • Work with Strategic Procurement Services, Office of General Counsel, the National Office of Independence, and Risk as needed to draft and negotiate contracts and ensure compliance activities are executed and tracked.
  • Support all Fieldglass SOW intake requests in queue, respond to business teams, triage requests, and educate stakeholders on options based on business needs.
  • Facilitate the new vendor process with Accounts Payable and support vendor setup and registration in Fieldglass.
  • Educate business teams and vendors on the use of Fieldglass and assist with related questions and issues.
  • Collaborate with India on contractor onboarding as needed.
  • Assist vendors with administrative processes and questions in Fieldglass, including timesheet submissions and invoicing.
  • Manage storage of program documentation and update required tasks in Fieldglass and the agreement repository for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Communicate effectively with business segment leaders to ensure appropriate approvals are received for subcontractor engagement.
  • Independently manage day-to-day workload and document productivity metrics on a periodic basis.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, Contracts, or related skill sets preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, as well as Fieldglass, PowerPoint, ServiceNow, Teams, and other knowledge management and office systems.
  • Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively across all levels inside and outside Deloitte.
  • Ability to work independently across multiple projects in a high-volume, fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Strong relationship management and execution skills.

Pay Range

The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $42 - $48 per hour. The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.

  • Geographically based in the United States and legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
