Contracts Manager (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Contracts Manager (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will own end-to-end contract administration across the full lifecycle, from proposal support through closeout, with a focus on protecting the organization’s interests and supporting profitable outcomes. The position partners closely with internal teams and external customers to review requirements, interpret terms, and manage risk in a highly regulated environment. It also provides strategic guidance on contractual rights, obligations, and issue resolution while balancing urgent priorities across multiple active contracts. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $107,500 – $204,500 annually Responsibilities Manage cradle-to-grave contract management processes from proposal to closeout Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to support profitable outcomes Oversee contractual scope and terms to ensure compliance with contract obligations Collaborate with teams to analyze RFPs and support contract administration Resolve complex contractual issues through critical thinking and collaboration Provide strategic advice regarding contractual rights, obligations, and risk mitigation Multitask across various contract activities and respond to urgent requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 5 years of experience Must be able to obtain a DoD Security Clearance Experience with fixed-price and cost-type contracts under FAR and DFARS regulations Prior experience leading negotiations for contracts Familiarity with the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) process Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Three weeks of vacation for newly hired employees 401(k) plan with employer matching and contributions Tuition reimbursement and student loan repayment programs Life insurance and disability coverage Adoption assistance and parental leave benefits Wellness rewards programs and virtual doctor visits Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
