Key Responsibilities
- Lead contract negotiations with suppliers and vendors across hardware, equipment, and service categories
- Draft, review, and manage a variety of agreements, including NDAs, purchase agreements, manufacturing and service agreements, supply agreements, licensing agreements, amendments, work orders, and statements of work
- Maintain and oversee a centralized contracts database, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, operations, finance, and legal teams to support contract execution and business objectives
- Develop processes to track contract milestones, supplier obligations, and deliverables
- Support procurement strategy and assist in resolving commercial and supply chain-related challenges
- Cook up with external partners, suppliers, and legal counsel to ensure contract compliance and alignment
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contracts management, procurement, or supply chain
- Strong experience drafting and negotiating NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and purchase agreements
- Proven ability to independently manage a high volume of contracts and projects with minimal oversight
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within robotics, automation, or hardware/manufacturing supply chains
- Familiarity with contract management and procurement tools (e.g., contract lifecycle management systems, supplier management platforms)
- Juris Doctor (JD) or paralegal certification
