What you'll do as the Contracts & Compliance Analyst

• Manage and maintain compliance calendars for leases, bond agreements, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
• Review, interpret, and extract key terms, deadlines, reporting requirements, and obligations from complex legal, financial, and contractual documents.
• Monitor compliance with contractual, financial, operational, and regulatory commitments to reduce organizational risk.

Preferred Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Contract Management, Compliance Administration, Contract Compliance, Paralegal Services, or Related Regulatory Functions.
• Experience working within development, municipal, higher education, public sector, nonprofit, economic development, or government contracting environments.
• Strong understanding of contracts, leases, bond compliance, regulatory reporting, and risk management practices.
