Contracts and Grants Manager
Irvine Ranch Conservancy (IRC) has an opening for a full-time Contracts & Grants Manager. The role has overall responsibility for the administration of IRC's contracts and grants, working in close partnership with IRC's Program Operations Manager, Program Managers, government agencies, and other external funders. The position also contributes to the strategic development of IRC's administration functions, including creation and improvement of systems and processes.
Responsibilities
- Administer IRC’s contracts and grants in collaboration with Program Operations Manager and Program Managers.
- Interpret contract terms and communicate them to diverse stakeholders.
- Develop work plans and implement projects with tight timelines and specific deliverables.
- Contribute to strategic development of administration functions, systems, and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, social sciences, communications, or similar field.
- Five years of relevant experience in a related field.
- Experience working and communicating with diverse groups.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, particularly SharePoint.

Pay
$85,000 - $98,000 per year
