We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Remove boilerplate etc. Include a section only when posting has real specific content. So we need to parse the posting. Content: - Position Overview: description about role: "Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a Contracts Administrator to join a leading sustainability-driven infrastructure company in California. This role is crucial in supporting risk mitigation through the review, negotiation, and administration of contractual documentation for the company, known for its innovative pavement solutions across the Western U.S." That's prose. Could be "About the role" section. - Responsibilities: list of duties (many bullet points). We'll put under

    Responsibilities

    with
    • each. - Qualifications: includes "Working knowledge of construction contracts..." etc. Also "Education and Experience" and "Physical Requirements". The instruction says use headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have "Qualifications" heading; also "Education and Experience" could be part of Qualifications or Requirements. "Physical Requirements" maybe not needed as separate heading unless we have content; but we could include under Requirements? The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have Requirements and Qualifications separate. We need to decide what goes where. The posting includes "Qualifications" bullet list (skills). Then "Education and Experience" (minimum 5-7 years, bachelor's degree, etc). Then "Physical Requirements". Then "Additional Details" includes Salary Range and Work Hours. Then "Desired Skills and Experience" (more prose). Then list of skill areas: Construction Contract Administration etc. Then EEO boilerplate (remove). So we need to extract substantive content. We should not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to include Pay and Schedule sections only if posting actually states them. It does: Salary Range: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour; Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. So we will have Pay and Schedule sections. Benefits: posting mentions "competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, retirement programs, and long-term career growth." That's a mention of benefits but not detailed. It's somewhat vague but still mentions benefits. The instruction: never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does state "competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, retirement programs, and long-term career growth." That's a statement about benefits. So we can include Benefits section with that sentence. Skills: there is a "Desired Skills and Experience" paragraph and also list of skill areas: Construction Contract Administration, Project Administration, Compliance Coordination, Public Works Administration, Risk Management, Commercial Construction Support. Also the qualifications list includes many skills. We could put under Skills heading a
of those skill areas. Or we could incorporate qualifications under Qualifications heading. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We have many possible sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (maybe includes Education and Experience), Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That's 7 sections. Could be okay. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. Not. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

        About the role

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a Contracts Administrator to join a leading sustainability-driven infrastructure company in California. This role is crucial in supporting risk mitigation through the review, negotiation, and administration of contractual documentation for the company, known for its innovative pavement solutions across the Western U.S.

        Responsibilities

Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Understanding of Labor Unions and Labor Agreements is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft software such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

We could combine Education and Experience under Qualifications, but we have separate heading Qualifications already used for skills. The instruction allows Requirements and Qualifications headings. We could treat the bullet list as Qualifications, and Education and Experience as Requirements. That seems reasonable. Thus we have:

        Requirements

maybe list? But it's not a list of duties; it's more like bullet points. Could still be
          • . We'll do
. But we already used Qualifications for skills list. Let's decide: Option: Qualifications heading for the skill/ability list (working knowledge, excellent customer service, etc). Requirements heading for Education and Experience (minimum years, degree, etc). That seems logical. Thus:

              Qualifications

              • Working knowledge of construction contracts, compliance requirements, and document control.
              • Excellent customer service skills.
              • Strong analytical skills.
              • Keen attention to detail.
              • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
              • Interacts effectively with all levels of internal and external customers.
              • Adapts to changing priorities and deadlines with ease.
              • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
              • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

              Requirements

              • Minimum 5-7 years of contracts experience in the construction industry.
              • Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent work experience.
              • Understanding of Labor Unions and Labor Agreements is a plus.
              • Proficient in Microsoft software such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Now Skills heading: we have list of skill areas: Construction Contract Administration, Project Administration, Compliance Coordination, Public Works Administration, Risk Management, Commercial Construction Support. Also maybe "Desired Skills and Experience" paragraph. We'll put that as prose then list. Thus:

              Skills

Join a growing infrastructure and construction leader as a Contracts Administrator supporting both public works and private construction projects. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience managing construction contracts, subcontract agreements, compliance documentation, insurance certificates, and surety bonds. Working closely with Estimators, Project Managers, and company leadership, you will review and administer contracts, track project requirements and deadlines, maintain accurate documentation, and help mitigate contractual risk. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of construction contract administration, document control, compliance requirements, and contract negotiations, along with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

              • Construction Contract Administration
              • Project Administration
              • Compliance Coordination
              • Public Works Administration
              • Risk Management
              • Commercial Construction Support
Benefits: we have statement: "This is a full-time onsite opportunity offering competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, retirement programs, and long-term career growth." Thus:

              Benefits

This is a full-time onsite opportunity offering competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, retirement programs, and long-term career growth.

Pay: Salary Range: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour. Thus:

              Pay

              Salary Range: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Schedule: Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Thus:

              Schedule

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We should not include any other boilerplate like EEO, etc. Check for duplicate content: The "Desired Skills and Experience" paragraph we used under Skills includes some content that also appears elsewhere (like "detail-oriented professional..." etc). That's okay as it's from posting. We need to ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The "Additional Details" also had Salary Range and Work Hours (we captured). The "Position Overview" we used. The "Responsibilities" captured. The "Qualifications" captured. The "Education and Experience" captured under Requirements. The "Physical Requirements" we omitted because it's quite detailed but maybe we should include? The instruction: include a section only when posting has real specific content. Physical Requirements is specific content. Should we include it? The allowed headings list includes Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Physical Requirements could be under Requirements? But we already used Requirements for education/experience. Could we add another subsection? The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Adding Physical Requirements would increase sections. However, it's substantive. But we could incorporate physical requirements under Requirements as a sub-list? But we already used Requirements for education/experience. Could we rename Requirements to include both education/experience and physical? Might be okay. But we need to follow the instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive list. It says "use

              for section headings (e
