About the role
The Contracts Administrator will manage the full lifecycle of government and commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage the administration of commercial and U.S. Government contracts throughout the full contract lifecycle.
- Review, negotiate, and interpret contract terms, proposals, amendments, and non-disclosure agreements.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify contractual risks and ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for contractual communications, negotiations, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready contract documentation and support process improvements across the department.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 4+ years of contract administration experience.
- Knowledge of U.S. Government contracting regulations, including FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and EAR.
- Experience negotiating and administering complex government and commercial contracts.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with program management, finance, engineering, purchasing, and other cross-functional teams.
