An Aerospace manufacturing company located in Seattle, WA (SODO Area) is hiring for a Contracts Administrator. The role manages customer contracts from proposal through contract closeout, ensuring compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable aerospace industry regulations. It serves as a key liaison between customers, program management, finance, supply chain, engineering, and operations to support contractual obligations and business objectives. Responsibilities
- Manage customer contracts from proposal through contract closeout.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and aerospace industry regulations.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments such as program management, finance, supply chain, engineering, and operations.
- Support contractual obligations and business objectives.
Requirements
- 4+ years of contract administration experience in an aerospace or manufacturing setting.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in Supply Chain or Finance.
- Risk assessment and mitigation skills.
- Experience in contract administration.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Knowledge of purchasing in aerospace manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Visual Mfg systems (bonus).
- Aerospace compliance and regulatory knowledge (bonus).
- Experience with data analysis and RFQs.
- Strong administrative support and negotiation skills.
