Contractor Setup Specialist - Home Improvement Financing
Primary Responsibilities
- Captures and maintains status updates to Relationship Managers
- Maintains the Contractor Setup inbox
- Processes daily training activations
- Maintains Contractor Watch List within appropriate systems/platforms
- Initiates setup for Contractors within appropriate systems/platforms
- Updates and maintains Contractors information within appropriate systems/platforms
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- One (1) year of related Home Improvement Financing experience

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Ability to work on a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
Overview
This department oversees the onboarding and maintenance of Contractors and Program Sponsors. Program sponsors submit contractors so they can offer our financing to their customers. Position Type Full time
