About the role

This role requires a Business Systems Analyst with 1-2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in GPO (Pensacola, FL) or HQ (Vienna, VA).

Responsibilities

  • Supports the development and maintenance of business systems.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Conducts system analysis and design, including requirements gathering, functional specification writing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Participates in project planning, execution, and post-implementation support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with business process modeling and system analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database management.
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.

Skills

  • Technical proficiency in relevant software tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Benefits

  • Flexible start times within the 8:00am - 4:30pm window (local time).
  • No overtime approval for this contract position.

Pay

  • GPO: Experience 1-5yrs Max BR ***/HR | Experience 5-10yrs Max BR ***/HR
  • HQ: Experience 1-5yrs Max BR ***/HR | Experience 5-10yrs Max BR ***/HR

Schedule

  • 8:00am - 4:30pm (local time)
