About the role
This role requires a Business Systems Analyst with 1-2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in GPO (Pensacola, FL) or HQ (Vienna, VA).
Responsibilities
- Supports the development and maintenance of business systems.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conducts system analysis and design, including requirements gathering, functional specification writing, and user acceptance testing.
- Participates in project planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with business process modeling and system analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
Skills
- Technical proficiency in relevant software tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
