Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of full stack Java applications.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Arcitect and develop scalable and maintainable software solutions using Java and related technologies.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges and roadblocks during the development process.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Java development or software engineering are a plus.

Mandatory Skills

• Proficient in Java programming and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
• Strong experience in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and ORM tools.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
