Responsibilities

  • Oversight of day-to-day operations
  • Training, development, and mentoring of team members
  • Accurate tracking of attendance, work schedules, payroll, quality assurance, and productivity
  • Participation in interviewing and hiring new team members
  • Creation, maintenance, review, and enforcement of standardized operating procedures
  • Preparation, completion, review, and interpretation of performance reports
  • Communication with payer representatives and internal teams
  • Anticipation and resolution of issues related to payer enrollments, networks, reimbursement trends, and claims
  • Planning, evaluation, and improvement of business processes and procedures
  • Increase customer satisfaction by understanding business needs and elevating client relationships
  • Management of multiple tasks, analysis of complex issues, and implementation of effective solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Three years of experience in a leadership role such as clinic administrator, hospital departmental manager, health plan contract manager, or team lead
  • Two years of experience managing projects, including preparation and implementation of training and educational programs
  • Proficiency in preparing, analyzing, and interpreting data
  • Experience in applying organizational standards when developing requests for resources, including staff and equipment

Qualifications

  • Health Plan administration experience preferred
  • Legal contract experience preferred
  • Travel ability to travel

Pay

Budgeted between $90,900 and $115,000 dependent upon applicable experience.
