Responsibilities
- Oversight of day-to-day operations
- Training, development, and mentoring of team members
- Accurate tracking of attendance, work schedules, payroll, quality assurance, and productivity
- Participation in interviewing and hiring new team members
- Creation, maintenance, review, and enforcement of standardized operating procedures
- Preparation, completion, review, and interpretation of performance reports
- Communication with payer representatives and internal teams
- Anticipation and resolution of issues related to payer enrollments, networks, reimbursement trends, and claims
- Planning, evaluation, and improvement of business processes and procedures
- Increase customer satisfaction by understanding business needs and elevating client relationships
- Management of multiple tasks, analysis of complex issues, and implementation of effective solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three years of experience in a leadership role such as clinic administrator, hospital departmental manager, health plan contract manager, or team lead
- Two years of experience managing projects, including preparation and implementation of training and educational programs
- Proficiency in preparing, analyzing, and interpreting data
- Experience in applying organizational standards when developing requests for resources, including staff and equipment
Qualifications
- Health Plan administration experience preferred
- Legal contract experience preferred
- Travel ability to travel

Pay
Budgeted between $90,900 and $115,000 dependent upon applicable experience.
