Contract Welder / Metal Fabricator

About the role

Encore Properties is seeking a skilled Contract Welder or Metal Fabricator for a comprehensive, multi-month rehabilitation project across our Memphis apartment communities.

Responsibilities

• Inspect existing metal staircases and railings for structural integrity and aesthetics.
• Source replacement steel and necessary materials.
• Cut out damaged sections and fit/weld new components.
• Complete all surface preparation, priming, and finish painting.

Pay

• Starting at $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
• Allowance for helper / second team member
• Multi-month substantial scope
• Material expenses covered / reimbursed
