About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Contract Technical Sourcer to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will focus on building and executing sourcing strategies to attract exceptional technical talent for highly specialized and leadership-level roles. The sourcer will partner closely with hiring managers and organizational leaders to understand workforce needs, shape talent pipelines, and support long-term hiring goals. This is a hands-on recruiting position that requires strong judgment, creativity, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

$228,800 – $312,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract top candidates

• Stay informed on the latest sourcing practices and trends in the workplace
