About the role

A Contract Specialist is needed to draft, review, and provide high-quality templates, samples, and annotated examples of various agreement types.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and provide high-quality templates, samples, and annotated examples of Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Lease Agreements, Intellectual Property (IP) Licensing Agreements, Marketing Agreements, and Licensing Agreements.
• Ensure all agreements reflect current legal standards, industry best practices, and practical commercial use cases.
• Submit well-structured, high-quality documents that contribute to the project's AI training dataset.
• Communicate promptly and professionally, both in writing and verbally, to clarify requirements and deliverables as needed.

Requirements

• Practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney with exposure to contract drafting and negotiation.
• Working knowledge of standard commercial agreements, including MSAs, lease agreements, IP and marketing contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and accuracy in contractual language.
• Demonstrated ability to create or adapt legal documents for practical, real-world scenarios.
• Experience with remote collaboration and delivering assignments autonomously.
• Detail-oriented approach to ensure agreements comply with relevant laws and best practices.
