About the role
TeleSolv Consulting is seeking a Contract Specialist II to provide comprehensive cradle-to-grave contracting support, ensuring compliance with Federal acquisition regulations and internal procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform cradle-to-grave contracting functions in accordance with Federal regulations
- Prepare and post solicitation notices
- Support contract administration, modifications, and closeout activities
- Conduct and manage FPDS (Federal Procurement Data System) reporting
- Utilize acquisition systems to maintain accurate contract records
- Collaborate with program stakeholders to ensure timely procurement execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cradle-to-grave contracting
- Current or previous FAC-C Certification or civilian equivalent, such as DAWIA, is required
- Authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify required)
- Ability to pass a Government background investigation (including FBI fingerprint check)
- Strong knowledge of Federal acquisition lifecycle processes
- Familiarity with FPDS reporting requirements
- Experience posting and managing solicitation notices
- Proficiency with Government contract management systems
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Able to work independently while maintaining accuracy under deadlines
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
