Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Support the administration of prime Government contracts and related subcontracts.
- Affiliate with preparing, issuing, tracking, and maintaining purchase orders in accordance with company policies and contractual requirements.
- Maintain contract trackers and databases for contract awards, modifications, amendments, and other contract actions.
- Track, log, and coordinate contract-related requests and documentation from internal stakeholders.
- Affiliate in monitoring contract compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Cook up contract records, documentation, and status updates with the Contracts Manager and other internal teams.
- Monitor contract deadlines, deliverables, renewals, and compliance requirements to ensure timely action.
- Maintain organized contract files and electronic document management systems.
- Affiliate with maintaining corporate, contract, and compliance records and ensuring documentation remains current and accurate.
- Affiliate with contract template, form, and standard procedure development.
- Affiliate with insurance-related contract requirements, including maintaining Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and tracking related documentation.
- Track reporting requirements, contract milestones, and renewal dates.
- Affiliate with the preparation of contracts-related reports, presentations, and status updates.
- Perform other contract administration and compliance-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in contract administration, contract support, legal administration, insurance administration, procurement, or a related business environment.
- Basic understanding of Government contracting principles and contract administration practices.
- Exposure to Department of Defense (DoD) contracts or government contracting environments preferred.
- Foundational knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and applicable supplements is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience supporting Government contracts, subcontracts, procurement, or contract compliance functions.
- Familiarity with record management, document control, and compliance tracking processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
