Location: Kittery, ME / Onsite – Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. Supervisor: Principal Contract Specialist / Program Manager. Clearance: U.S. Citizenship Required; Must Meet Navy Installation Access and CAC Requirements. Employment Type: Full-Time. This position is contingent upon contract award.

The Contract Specialist will serve as Key Personnel supporting the U.S. Navy's Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY) Contracting and Logistics Department (Code 400). The position provides acquisition support throughout the federal contracting lifecycle, including acquisition planning, solicitation development, cost and price analysis, contract awards, and post-award administration. The Contract Specialist will work collaboratively with Government acquisition personnel to ensure procurement actions are accurate, timely, and compliant with applicable federal regulations.
