About the role
Join QIAGEN as a Contract SAP Business Process Expert-Plan to Produce and help shape key business processes within our ongoing SAP transition project from R/3 to S/4, internally known as QIAbase.
Responsibilities
- Support the design and build of SAP-related business processes within our SAP transition from R/3 to S/4
- Translate operational business requirements into clear functional input for technical teams and implementation partners
- Collect, document, and prioritize requirements across Production Planning, Production Execution, Internal Logistics, and Quality
- Cook up and execute testing activities to ensure delivered solutions meet business needs and process expectations
- Train end users on newly developed processes and support adoption across impacted teams
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and support a smooth transition to the new SAP landscape
- Track tasks, issues, and project progress in relevant tools such as Jira
Requirements
Bring solid business experience in Operations, ideally in manufacturing-related environments
Have strong hands-on SAP user experience and a sound understanding of SAP-driven business processes
Combine project management skills with the ability to structure work independently and move topics forward proactively
Understand one or more of the following SAP areas: PPDS, eWM, QM, PP, or PP-PIOffer technical exposure to systems such as Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and/or Laboratory Information Systems (LIS); Jira experience is a plus
Communicate complex workflows clearly to both technical teams and end users
Bring experience from Pharma, Life Sciences, or a similarly regulated industry as an advantage
Qualifications
The typical pay rate for this role is $30-$57/hour.
This temporary and/or contract position is not eligible for QIAGEN’s company benefits.
