About the role
Provide direct patient care, monitor vitals, administer medications, and execute medical orders in a progressive-care setting.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and evaluate patient care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records
- Respond to emergencies and ensure patient safety
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to coordinate care
Requirements
- Valid RN license from an accredited program
- Current state license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- At least 1 year of progressive care experience
- Proficiency in EMR systems
- Ability to pass background checks
- Flexibility for day and night shifts
- Strong communication skills
