Contract-RN-GI/ENDO 13 weeks

About the role

Methodist Endoscopy Center located at Methodist Plaza SL1, 4499 Medical Drive, Floor SL1, Building Plaza. The unit features 4 procedure rooms and 9 PACU bays, staffed by 8 RNs, 5 techs, 1 X‑ray technician, and 1 transport personnel. Day‑shift example includes 1 charge nurse, 3 RNs, 2 CNAs, and 1‑3 sitters; night‑shift maintains a 1 nurse per 2 patients ratio in PACU. Equipment includes airway management tools and Meditech EMR. Required scrubs are navy blue.

Responsibilities

• Perform endoscopic procedures.
• Provide airway management and PACU care.
• Support day and night shift staffing models as described.

Requirements

• Airway management skills.
• PACU experience.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.

Skills

• GI experience (preferred).

Schedule

4x10s shift: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM Monday‑Friday with rotating weekday and weekend call.
