The Renewal Specialist is responsible for managing customer renewals across North America, ensuring contracts are renewed on time and meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer renewals and ensure timely contract renewals
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful contract renewals
- Monitor and report on renewal trends and performance metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with CRM systems and contract management tools
