About the role

The Renewal Specialist is responsible for managing customer renewals across North America, ensuring contracts are renewed on time and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer renewals and ensure timely contract renewals
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful contract renewals
  • Monitor and report on renewal trends and performance metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM systems and contract management tools

Qualifications
